Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations through medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic imaging to assess musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focusing on chiropractic care, pain management, and overall health improvement, with an emphasis on back and neck pain relief.
- Provide hands-on spinal adjustments, manipulation, and soft tissue therapies to restore alignment, alleviate pain, and improve mobility.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve the best outcomes.
- Contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment that supports patient satisfaction and retention.
- Assist with training and mentoring other chiropractors in the company’s franchise network.
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
- Current state licensure as a Chiropractic Physician, in good standing.
- Proven experience in chiropractic care, particularly in treating back and neck pain, is preferred.
- Strong experience in managing patient cases, developing treatment plans, and achieving successful patient outcomes.
- Experience in working with franchise models or within a franchised business is a plus.

Salary : $185,244 - $198,643
