HealthSource Chiropractic of Roseland is looking for a high-energy and super-friendly Associate Chiropractor to join our team!
We are a fast-paced, upbeat Chiropractic and Progressive Rehab clinic dedicated to helping patients get out of pain and back to doing what they love through chiropractic and progressive rehab with a focus on the latest technologies and products. If you are a new graduate, we want to meet you!
You are a great fit for this role if you are outgoing and eager to get involved in our community, as well as someone who is enthusiastic, ambitious, and willing to learn. This individual must be coachable with excellent communication skills. Experience with personal training, strength training or athletics is a plus! Our staff is very energetic and highly motivated; we have fun at work, which is necessary to be a part of our team.

We practice a variety of therapeutic modalities including chiropractic, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, nutritional support, and custom orthotics; all with the focus of providing better patient outcomes. We welcome applicants who have experience with any or all of these techniques - from new graduates to doctors with a few years of experience - and realize the value of a team!
Required: Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Current and valid NJ Chiropractic license. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of basic chiropractic equipment.

Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support the clinical operations of the clinic, including taking and reading x-rays.
- Perform community outreach
- Build referral relationships with businesses and other healthcare providers
- Lead, direct, and support patient rehabilitation activities and exercises.
- Perform consults with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients.
- Evaluate patients using chiropractic diagnosis, functional movement assessments, and examination procedures to assess neuro-muscular and spine-related conditions.
- Perform Chiropractic adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculo-skeletal system, where necessary.
- Practice a variety of therapeutic modalities including chiropractic, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, nutritional support, and custom orthotics.
- Educate patients on the quality of life and benefits of chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment.
- Maintain accurate case histories of patients.
- Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated.
- Conduct patient chiropractic care and education
- Build positive doctor-patient relationships
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Recommend and explain details of the care plan

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
