Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients.Evaluate patients' neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine-related conditions.Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system, where necessary.Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment.Coordinate, track, and report key metrics / measurements related to patient managementMaintain accurate case histories of patients.Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated.Take diagnostic x-rays, when medically necessary.Analyze X-rays in order to locate the sources of patients' difficulties and to rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problems.Building positive doctor-patient relationshipsMaintaining accurate and timely patient recordsSales of wellness membership packagesParticipate in community outreach and marketing initiativesParticipate / lead weekly training for TeamStrong attention to detail with demonstrated process management skills.Ability to work independently and with some intermittent evenings and weekend hours as necessaryCommitted to growing and learning in a HealthSource officeQualifications Required :
A doctor of chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic collegeValid Colorado DC licenseFully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in ColoradoMinimum 2 years of experience requiredHave a teachable attitude and demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishYou are applying to work with a franchisee of HealthSource Chiropractic. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own terms of employment, including wage and benefit programs.

Compensation : $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
