We are a fast-paced, upbeat chiropractic and progressive rehab clinic helping patients get back to doing what they love through chiropractic care, progressive rehab (PT), and other wellness services.

You'll be involved in many areas of the practice including promotional communications, gaining new patients, helping people, customer service, and helping with finances and insurance.

What you will do :

Market for new patient conversionsBe a Referral Machine with our patient base to gain new patients that they would recommend the clinic toAssist with marketing campaigns, creative content, community outreachInsurance verificationsCreate financial worksheetsDeliver financial reviews with patientsMake product and supplement recommendations based on the doctor's treatment planScan incoming insurance EOBsWeekly patient reportingMaintain confidentiality as it pertains to HIPAA guidelinesWork with the rest of the team to keep the clinic clean and clutter-freeHelp; manage patient flow between Doctor, Rehab, and Front Desk to ensure Patient experience is efficient, fun, and effectiveHelp maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial informationHelp to collect patient charges, control credit extended to patients, and file, collect, and expedite third-party claimsMaintain business office inventoryOther Administrative tasksBe paid bonuses monthly based on new patient conversions and patient happiness that leads to retentionWhat you need

Two-year degree or more is preferred but not requiredPrevious experience in customer service must be demonstratedPrevious experience in growing a business, department, or location via the ability to market and convert new patientsProficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows is requiredA competitive attitude for success that is matched by your work ethic that leads to winningA Positive attitude that exudes love and passion for what we do to help peopleIf you feel you would be a great fit in our office please apply!
