What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Administrator position at HealthSource Marketing, LLC?
We have a hybrid work model where we work in office Tue - Thu and home Mon & Fri.
HealthSource Marketing is a small team of 7 professionals. We act as the sales and marketing department for small to mid size manufacturers of consumer health products (primarily OTC drugs and vitamins).
We are looking for a motivated candidate who has a minimum of 3 years experience in customer service and/or sales support in a business to business environment where product (not services) were being sold.
The successful candidate is an energetic professional who likes wearing multiple hats. A person who likes to work independently with little or no supervision but is part of a team of similarly motivated professionals.
Sales Administrator Responsibilities
You will be an integral part of of our sales team.
Working directly with our Account Managers to manage a variety of projects as well as handling customer service issues.
- Develop growing knowledge of clients (manufacturers) and customers (retailers and wholesalers).
- Interact on phone and via email with customers and clients and ability to develop relationships
- Working in customer portals and filling out forms for new items and other required paperwork and reports.
- Co-manage accounts in terms of making sure projects are completed on time.
- Respond to customer service issues on behalf of customers, clients, and salespeople.
- Develop internal and external reports
- Customer service typically involves getting status on orders from manufacturers and communicating issues to retailers.

Requirements
- College graduate preferred
- 3 years in sales/sales assistant/project management/account management/supply chain
- Valid drivers license, has a working car, reasonable driving history
- Ability to lift 20lbs or moree

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
