- Complimentary scrubsDental Assistants are an essential part of our team and make a real difference in people's lives. They fulfill both administrative tasks and patient care duties, acting as liaisons between patients and dentists.A day in the life of a HSO Dental Assistant :
- Competently operates standard dental equipment, which may include autoclave, air / water syringe, suction, X-ray units, dental units and other office specific equipment.
- Competently operates dental office software.
- Efficiently pulls and files dental records according to standard office procedures. Follows dental records policy for constructing new dental records.
- Correctly verifies all dental records for updates as needed. This may include consent forms.
- Must be willing to travelYou've got what it takes to be a HSO Dental Assistant if you :
- Have obtained a HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Have completed a Dental Assisting training program
- Have an Ohio general operator's license in radiologyExtra dose of awesome if you :
- Have 1-2 years of experience
- Are a certified Dental Assistant
