Position Overview:

As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of patient care, working closely with our chiropractors to design and implement rehabilitation plans that are tailored to each patient's needs. You'll help patients recover from injuries, reduce pain, and regain the ability to participate in activities they love-whether that's sports, fitness, or everyday tasks. Your role is essential in providing hands-on support, guidance, and education that empowers patients to live pain-free, active lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement personalized rehabilitation programs under the direction of our chiropractic team, helping patients recover, build strength, and improve mobility.
• Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and techniques designed to restore function and prevent future injuries.
• Provide hands-on rehabilitation care and motivation during sessions, ensuring patients stay engaged and on track with their recovery goals.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and self-care strategies to encourage long term wellness.
• Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal results.
• Foster a positive and encouraging environment that helps patients stay motivated and committed to their rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting progress, treatments, and any changes to care plans.
• Assist with administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, and collecting payments.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.

Ideal Candidate:

• A strong passion for health and wellness, with a commitment to helping others regain their independence and live active lives.
• Background in rehabilitation, athletic training, personal training, exercise science, or a related field.
• Understanding of therapeutic exercises, rehabilitation techniques, and injury recovery.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and educate patients.
• A friendly, professional, and compassionate attitude with a desire to make a positive impact on patients' lives.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Professional appearance and the ability to be cross-trained in other areas of the clinic as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Exercise Science, Athletic Training, or a related field is strongly preferred
• Certifications in personal training, therapeutic exercise, or similar credentials are a plus.
• Experience in exercise or rehabilitation is an advantage but not required.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
