Your Role

As a Physical Therapist at HealthSpan PT, you will:

• Conduct Patient Assessments: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each patient’s needs.
• Provide Hands-On Therapy: Use your expertise to deliver effective treatments and exercises that improve mobility and relieve pain.
• Educate Patients and Families: Empower them with knowledge and techniques for at-home care.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Ensure a holistic approach to patient care by working closely with other medical experts.
• Maintain Accurate Documentation: Keep thorough records to support patient progress and care.

Required Skills:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Michigan.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in orthopedics and working with diverse patient populations.
• Specialization in specific areas of physical therapy is a plus.
