What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Develop and prepare user-friendly documentation for assigned HealthStream products
Manage and maintain an inventory of all documentation, including archiving and tracking
Collaborate with product experts and key stakeholders to create high-quality customer-facing materials
Maintain online Help systems and develop adjunct training and support materials
Provide technical writing support and consultation to other departments as needed
What is Required (Qualifications) :
Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, Linguistics, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum 1-3 years of technical writing or related experience
Experience in developing documentation or instructional materials
Familiarity with style guides and technical writing software, such as MadCap Flare
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
Experience with project management tools like Smartsheets or eLearning authoring tools
Mastery of the English language, including grammar and composition
Ability to design clear and aesthetically pleasing materials
Extraordinary attention to detail with minimal editing required
