Key Responsibilities
- Providing therapy and medication management for a diverse set of patients
- Working in a team-based approach with other clinicians and healthcare navigators
- Counseling services
- 100% Remote - Work from home with flexible hours - 15 scheduled appts/day – 10 appts minimum face to face visits/day
