About the Job:
- Work closely with our Vice President of Fitness to create and implement your business plan, ensuring your success and growth in the field.
- Build a loyal client base through personalized training sessions, nutrition counseling, and small group training programs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by ensuring the fitness floor, equipment, and surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained.
- Provide Healthy Start and Safe Start appointments to support our members' health and wellness goals.
- Conduct fitness assessments using InBody 570 analysis equipment and evaluate client results to inform personalized exercise programs.
- Enroll and renew clients, creating tailored exercise plans that cater to their needs and goals.
- Manage client files, schedules, reminders, and document exercise progress in Club Ready software.
- Identify special population needs and provide tailored support to meet their requirements.
- Respect client confidentiality and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and best practice sharing to stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations.
- Offer timely and detailed feedback to the Fitness Director to drive continuous improvement in client and employee experiences.
- Contribute to marketing strategies that increase personal training services, attraction, and retention.
- Adhere to company standards as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Demonstrate a desire for ongoing learning, research, and professional development to enhance your skills and expertise.
About Our Members:

- You hold valid, current PT certifications from recognized organizations (NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE, and CPR/AED) and maintain them throughout your tenure.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management abilities, and follow-up skills to ensure seamless interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, with experience in Club Ready software being a plus.
- You have a proven track record of obtaining and retaining clientele, with a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Certified Personal Trainer.
