Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the fitness director to develop and realize personal succession business plans.
- Lead by example, modeling behaviors such as wiping equipment, wearing face masks, and hand washing after each training session.
- Manage client follow-up systems, confirming and rescheduling appointments as needed.
- Conduct fitness assessments with clients, evaluating their results using InBody 570 analysis equipment.
- Develop and implement personalized exercise programs, including obtainable progression.
- Manage client files, schedules, reminders, and document exercise progress in Club Ready software.
