The Healthtrax Fitness Service Desk is the hub for customer service, fitness & wellness program and membership information . You are the first and last impression of our business.
The Service Desk Receptionist with manager on duty responsibilities exhibits maturity and dependability with a keen attention to their surroundings in order to provide safe, immediate, efficient and friendly customer service.
Serving as a key holder and manager on duty you are responsible for helping to ensure the safety of participants removing any potential hazards and risks of injury including placing out of order signs on equipment as needed. You will take pride in keeping the center spotless and sanitary during slow times with general cleaning of the reception, member lounge, spot checking throughout the center.
The Service Desk Receptionist is essential to the promotion and information sharing of all center programs and services while enforcing policies with a common sense approach to conflict resolution and problem solving. Our ideal candidate has previous experience in both sales and customer service with ability to learn process new membership paperwork. This position requires periods of standing and walking.
The candidate demonstrates a can do attitude with common sense, effective written and verbal communication, interpersonal, problem solving, coordination of multiple activities and conflict resolution skills. Must abide by Healthtrax Employee Handbook, be a team player, have strong communication skills and professionalism at all time.
Candidates must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment have a commitment to fitness and wellness and continuous learning; have an understanding for the bottom-line and business approach to job performance. Maintaining your CPR / AED / First Aid certifications, required.
