We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Critical Care RN to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Warsaw, Indiana. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic ICU setting and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
About the Assignment
- This is a 12-hour night shift position with 36 hours per week
- No on-call requirements, but flexibility to work occasional overnights
- Opportunities to float to MS telemetry or other units as needed

**Requirements/Experience Needed:**
- A minimum of 1 year of critical care experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- IN state license
**Scope of the Role:**
- Providing care for critically ill patients, including vent-dependent patients and those with IV drips
- Recoveries after hours occasionally
**Unit Details:**
- 14 beds in the unit
- Ratio: 3:1 or 2:1 depending on type of patient
- Monthly Department Volume: 181
