Job Summary
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Sarasota, Florida. The ideal candidate will have recent experience working in a PCU environment and be able to work 12-hour night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient plans.
- Assess patient needs and develop plans to meet those needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Participate in unit-based initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
- Recent experience working in a PCU environment (at least 1 year).
- Able to work 12-hour night shifts.
- Able to work weekends as needed.
