Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting
• Utilize Epic and Oasis software for case management
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• May be required to work as a re-visitor if agency needs change during contract
Preferred Skills/Experience:
• IV therapy
• Tube feeds
• Trachs
• Compression wraps
• Port access
• Ostomies
• Chest tubes
• S/p catheters
• Lab draws
Patient Population:
• Adult med surg/oncology/Cardiac/Neurological/Respiratory/Wound Care/GI/GU patients
