Job Summary and Qualifications
JOB TITLE – Operations Manager
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The Operations Manager will work at an HWS location, from home, or a combination of the two. The Operations Manager will be the SME regarding our technology and processes. He/she will be working with new clients, eRecruit/Bullhorn, vendors, and internal teams, always maintaining the highest level of customer service. The Operations manager must be able to multi-task as differing priorities arise.

SUPERVISES – Operations Professional
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Acting Subject Matter Expert for our VMS tool for Internal views, Client Contact Portal, and Vendor Contact Portal
- Supporting all MSP program teams, working closely with Director levels and above
- Works closely with our BI team on system enhancements, troubleshooting, and ensuring technology is aligned with processes
- Stage and Present potential client technology demos in our systems development environment and Power BI
- Develop and maintain process guides for all MSP programs
- Support Project Management teams with Acquisitions, Implementations, Divestitures
- Identify and implement best practices and process improvements
- Conduct training sessions as needed: New clients/vendors, process changes, internal refreshers, and others as required
- Management of Operations Professional to include: daily supervision, performance management, career development through training, and backup.
- Maintains confidentiality and appropriate access of all employee information
- Perform other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES – This position requires the following minimal requirements:

- Interpersonal Skills – able to work effectively with other employees, supervisors, and external parties.

- Tactical Execution – oversees the development, deployment, and direction of complex programs and processes.
- Policies and Procedures – demonstrates knowledge and understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and systems.
- PC Skills – demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as required.
EDUCATION – Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
EXPERIENCE – Minimum 3-5 years management experience in MSP that includes supervisory responsibilities of 3-4 direct reports.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS –
- Requires prolonged sitting and exert up to 30 lbs force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs frequently.
- Requires and some bending, stooping, and stretching
- Require clarity of vision, eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.
- Requires the perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction; ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound
- Require dexterity to type at least 40 WPM
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, general office products
Work is performed in an office environment and involves frequent contact with staff and the public.
