Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant supports the Executive Director and plays an important role in HealthVisions’ daily operations. The Executive Assistant will assist leaders to expand community wellness training. The Executive Assistant will also work closely with the Board of Directors and ensure smooth Board meetings. The Executive Assistant exemplifies the mission, vision, and values of HealthVisions Midwest, Inc. and the Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ (PHJC).

Responsibilities Include:
- Provides executive support for the Executive Director and staff to offer training sessions, workshops, and conferences that raise awareness in the community regarding health disparities.
- Prepares expense, organization, and financial reports for the Executive Director. Schedules meetings and calendar events for the Executive Director, upon request.
- Regularly updates social media outlets.
- Provides executive support to the HealthVisions Midwest Board of Directors, Board Chair, and Executive Director in scheduling meetings, creating reports, minutes, and follow-up. Supports Board committee meetings and strategic planning implementation and monitoring.
- Coordinates with staff in Lake and Allen County to ensure smooth communication between offices and is comfortable with remote and hybrid work settings.
Qualifications Include:
- Associate degree, certification program or equivalent level of knowledge obtained through a combination of education and experience.
- Ability and willingness to work some evenings and weekends when required.
- Fluent in Zoom, Teams, and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, etc.)
- Certified Community Health Worker Training (within 6 months of hire).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
