Position Overview :
The role will be responsible for driving brand awareness, creating market creation strategies, sales enablement tools, lead generation, and assist with positioning and execution of strategic customer partnerships. The individual will collaborate with the customer audience as well as across functions to help drive overall sales growth.
The role will report to the VP of Sales and will collaborate daily with sales leaders, as well as key contacts in customer organizations.
We are searching for candidates with a strong marketing background and extensive experience in B2B Dealer programs, program management, NPI and product launches, digital marketing and creative marketing strategies . This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and excels in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The ability to document and translate sales team and customer requirements into marketing plans and deliver on those will be essential to the role.
Job Duties :
- Lead the development and execution of B2B marketing programs, from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. This will include technical content development, product and installation videos, technical presentations, Webinars, incentive programs and events management.
- Manage multiple aspects of marketing programs, including benefits, marketing collateral, and CRM integration.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams, external agencies, and contractors to drive program success.
- Utilize analytics to evaluate program performance and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Coordinate digital marketing efforts across various platforms, leveraging project management tools, CRM and Website platforms.
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of effective creative and content marketing strategies, ensuring the delivery of compelling and impactful marketing materials.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Provide regular updates on program performance and initiatives to the management team and stakeholders.
