HealthWays, Inc is looking for a Full-Time Residential Supervisor to work in our Shiloh Apartments in Wellsburg, WV.
Supervisor will provide guidance, direction & supervision to the Direct Care Staff to work within the Service's policies and procedures as established for the program operations & clients care.
Requirements are: High school diploma or education equivalent is required, Bachelor's Degree in Human Services preferred.
Previous experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of basic accounting and previous management experience is required.
Either be or become AMAP certified.
