We are seeking a skilled Primary Health Practitioner to join our team at Healthwaze in Avon Park. The ideal candidate should possess experience working with managed care, HEDIS, and MRA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality outpatient care to senior patients
- Diagnosing conditions, prescribing medications, and developing effective treatment plans
Work Schedule:
The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm, managing approximately 12 patients per day.
Requirements:
- Active Florida Medical license
