Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established practice, providing high-quality patient care to the community. This role is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner with experience working with Medicare Advantage patients, looking for a rewarding position with a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Split time between office and Skilled Nursing Facility, providing a refreshing change of pace throughout the week.
- Monday to Friday schedule with no on-call duties.
- Manage an average patient volume of 12-15 per day in the office.
- Collaborate with 1-2 other providers in the clinic, supported by Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
- Provide comprehensive care for adults, focusing on wellness and chronic disease management.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with Medicare Advantage patients.
- Ability to manage adult patients and provide wellness and chronic care disease management.
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements:
- Active FL state medical license
- Managed Care Experience a plus
- Comfortable with EMR
- DEA and BLS/ACLS
