- Conduct daily patient rounds to assess patient conditions and progress.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with the physician.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and social workers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Licensed and certified Nurse Practitioner in the state of Oregon
- Experience with Inpatient is a plus
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
