Our fast-paced chiropractic office is looking for a Care Specialist to work hands-on with patients. Specialist must have six arms, twelve legs, and run at the speed of light! Must be an extroverted, positive, outgoing, tech-savvy, problem-solving multi-tasker, and enjoy providing outstanding customer service.

About You:
You are a people person with excellent communication skills and you are almost always smiling (especially when interacting with people)! You love interacting with people and going above and beyond to exceed patient/customer expectations. You are always aware of the different things happening around you at work, and you can anticipate people's needs before any direction is given. You want a career with a company passionate about improving the daily lives of the people that come through the doors. You have a deep understanding of, or a strong desire to learn about, the life-changing impacts that excellent chiropractic care, paired with supportive therapies and holistic practices, can have. You’re excited about the opportunity to play a role in that process while expanding your knowledge of chiropractic care.
You are comfortable with or able to quickly catch on to new technology including computers, printers/scanners, and Google Workspace. You are a self-starter and you enjoy always having a project or task to complete in your down time.
You don't need experience in an office setting for this position. We would be happy to train the right person for the job, but you do need to be enthusiastic about customer service, and you need to be a quick learner interested in challenging yourself in a new environment.

What does a Chiropractic Office Assistant do?
We have countless therapies available to patients in our office, and we are wanting a new team member that can help get our patients set up and comfortable in different areas of the office. You will be interacting with patients in the office as you walk back and forth from area to area helping patients, and you will collaborate with team members throughout the day to anticipate and solve roadblocks in the schedule.
You'll need to be naturally thoughtful and empathetic, allowing you to easily interact with our patients, and the right candidate will be comfortable in an office setting where patients may be partially clothed (wearing a patient gown) in order to complete any tests, exams or therapies needed.
Our office is expanding, and this position will have opportunity for growth for the right candidate!

Our small office sees patients from all over for Chiropractic care. Everyone on our team genuinely enjoys coming to work because we understand the impact we get to have on the patients we see! We recently expanded our office into the suite next door, and we are looking to add another team member to help support our patient and appointment flow.

Working Hours
- Monday - 7:30am to 12, Lunch 12 to 2, 2pm to 6:30pm
- Tuesday - 7:15am to 12:15pm
- Wednesday - 7:30am to 12, Lunch 12 to 2, 2pm to 6:30pm
- Thursday - 7:30am to 3:30pm
- Friday - 7:15am to 12:30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 38 per week
