Job Description

The Healthworks team is looking for a highly motivated finance professional to join our organization, where you’ll play an instrumental role in driving strategic decision-making and supporting our growth objectives through insightful financial and data analysis. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will work closely with the executive team, leveraging your skills and insights to drive growth, forecast financials, and analyze key performance metrics to turn data into actionable recommendations and strategy.

Healthworks is a growing healthcare services company providing workforce and education solutions to clients in the healthcare industry who engage in cardiovascular care.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Strategic Financial Planning : Work closely with the CFO to build forward-looking financial models that inform strategic decisions around growth, margin enhancement, and other key initiatives.
Performance Analysis & Reporting : Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Synthesize complex financial analyses into clear, actionable insights and develop reports and KPIs to support decision-making.
Board & Leadership Support : Craft detailed materials for board and executive presentations, translating strategic and financial topics into clear narratives. Develop tools and frameworks to guide leadership in making informed, high-impact decisions.

Who you are :

Strategic Thinking & Growth Mindset : Demonstrate a strong desire to take on responsibility while thinking strategically and analytically in a growth-oriented environment.

Education & Experience : Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field; with 2-5 years of previous experience in an analytical role such as Corporate FP&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity / Venture Capital, or a related field. Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

Financial Analysis Skills : Possess a strong background in financial analysis with problem-solving abilities, business intuition, and the ability to synthesize insights from quantitative data.

Technical Expertise : Possess compelling Microsoft Excel skills with a high comfort level in spreadsheet-driven data and analysis, as well as financial modeling. Familiarity with accounting and corporate finance principles is essential.

Personal Attributes : Detail-oriented, intellectually curious, strong communication skills, and self-driven.

Must live within traveling / commuting distance to Douglassville, Pennsylvania headquarters. This is a hybrid role of in office and remote work.
