Healthy Connections is seeking an LPN to join our team at our Hot Springs Village clinic. This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care, supporting our providers, and ensuring a positive healthcare experience for our community.What You'll Do :
- Assist providers in delivering primary and specialized healthcare services.
- Provide direct patient care, including patient education, medication administration, and care coordination.
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and healthcare teams.
- Coordinate specialty services, pharmacy benefits, behavioral health referrals, and other necessary resources.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documentation of medical history, vital signs, and treatment plans.
- Promote a safe and clean clinical environment in compliance with infection control standards.
- Participate in community health initiatives to improve patient outcomes and access to care.What You'll Need :
- Active certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
