Job Types: Part-time private practice
*Hourly salary depending on experience*
Responsibilities will include:
- The Advanced Practice Provider will provide diagnosis, care and treatment of patients in a private practice setting.
- Performing assessments and providing appropriate ordering of medicine and testing.
- Communicating with patients and families.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in a Nurse Practitioner Program, required.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse AND a Nurse Practitioner in New York State.
- National Board Certification in specialty area, required. Certification to be obtained within ONE (1) year of hire. Board Certification is to match area of practice.
- Has a collaborative practice agreement with designated protocols filed with NYS Department of Education.
- Previous experience relevant to the area of clinical practice, preferred.
