We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Condo Manager to oversee the daily operations of our condominium community. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the condominium, ensuring compliance with community rules and regulations.
- Oversee property maintenance, including scheduling repairs and coordinating with vendors for facility management tasks.
- Handle customer service inquiries, addressing resident concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Utilize Yardi software for administrative tasks including tracking maintenance requests, managing budgets, and reporting on property performance.
- Negotiate contracts with service providers and vendors to secure favorable terms for the community.
- Implement upselling strategies for amenities and services to enhance resident experience and increase revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of property management activities, including financial reports and maintenance logs.
- Foster strong relationships with residents through regular communication and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the board of directors on community projects, budgets, and policy updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or facilities management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of administrative functions related to condo management, including budgeting and financial reporting.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on enhancing resident satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software is highly desirable.
- Exceptional negotiation skills to effectively manage vendor contracts and service agreements.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across various responsibilities.
