We are a Certified Benefit Corporation reinventing accessible and affordable childcare for today's families and creating opportunities for teachers and caregivers to do what they love (and feel valued while they're doing it). We're on the lookout for a dynamic Director to lead our Before and/or After School Program at Douglas Grafflin Elementary School in Chappaqua, NY. As the Director, you'll be the driving force behind every aspect of the operation of the Healthy Kids Program Site. This part-time position offers flexibility and variety in your workday, as you'll oversee daily activities, manage staff, maintain accurate attendance records, communicate with parents, and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a passion for working with children, and experience in early childhood education.
