Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Before and After School Program Director to lead our program at Douglas Grafflin Elementary School in Chappaqua, NY.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of our students.
- Manage daily program operations, including staff supervision, attendance tracking, and parent communication.
- Cultivate relationships with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.
Requirements
To be successful as a Before and After School Program Director, you must have:
- An associate's degree in early childhood or related field, with a plan of study leading to a bachelor's degree or New York State children's program administrator credential.
- Two years of full-time teaching experience in a child care center or another early childhood program, plus two years of supervisory experience.
