We're seeking a full-time, results-oriented Recruiting Associate to join our fast-paced and rapidly growing corporation.SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
LOCATION: HK Programs corporate office at 2 Summit Court, Fishkill, NY 12524.
COMPENSATION: $18-20 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications
As a Recruiting Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts. You will focus on posting our open positions on 20 plus job boards. You will work with the hiring managers to boost priority needs as well as screen some of the candidates. Working closely with the Onboarding Manager, you'll utilize your excellent organizational and follow through skills to assist with the recruitment and hiring process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs.
- Update and post job descriptions and specifications.
- Manage multiple job postings, source, and recruit talent using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, etc.
- Review applicant profiles to ensure they meet position minimum requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or relevant degree that demonstrates qualifications to perform the duties of this position.
- Strong organizational skills to follow our procedures to streamline the recruiting process efficiently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and people skills to build rapport with hiring managers.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and take initiative, maintain flexibility, and creatively solve problems.
- Working knowledge of Google Suite products such as Docs and Sheets.
- Pleasant and professional etiquette while executing phone call, text, and email communications.
- Proficiency using the HRIS platform, Paylocity is a plus (but training will be provided).
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality.
