*Job Summary* As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. This role requires compassion, patience, and a strong desire to improve the quality of life for those under your care. *Responsibilities* - Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Help with meal preparation and feeding - Provide companionship and emotional support - Perform light housekeeping tasks - Escort clients to appointments or outings - Monitor and report changes in client's health status *Experience* - Experience in emergency medicine, inpatient care, or medical-surgical settings is preferred - Familiarity with working in Level I Trauma Centers or teaching hospitals is a plus - Knowledge of outpatient clinics, operating rooms (OR), PICU, and geriatrics is beneficial - Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and backgrounds
