Requirements
Healthy Living is seeking a self-motivated, knowledgeable and passionate leader to take on the role of the Meat / Seafood Assistant Supervisor. The Assistant Supervisor is responsible for working closely with the FOH Deli Manager to be sure the day to day functions specific to the Meat and Seafood department runs smoothly and effectively.
Key Supervisory points of this position include coaching and directing in the moment and handling any staffing issues that may arise. The Assistant Supervisor also oversees the department operations to include receiving product, ensuring proper department merchandising and product quality. Our Meat / Seafood Assistant Supervisor / Back up Buyer understands that the skillful leadership of their department will result in high-quality products, a happy and dedicated staff, an abundant and beautiful display of product that is lovingly cared for, and memorable guest service. The Assistant Supervisor / Back-up Buyer ensures timely and accurate replenishment buying when needed, utilizing systems, HL software, auto-order, cycle counts and data reports to effectively purchase for the needs and budgetary goals of the company. The Assistant Supervisor / Back-up Replenishment Buyer also serves as the "eyes and ears" for the Supervisor, providing their own observations, guest feedback and general insights.
This position is Full Time with a minimum -maximum range of $17.50 - $19.01 per hour
Weekend availability is a must!
