We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our dynamic finance team and play a critical role in overseeing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and helping drive financial strategy and performance.
Position Overview :
The Controller will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysis, with the ability to lead a team while ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily accounting functions, including accounts payable / receivable, general ledger, payroll, and month-end close processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, etc.) in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads and senior leadership.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of all accounts and maintain a strong internal control environment.
- Coordinate and manage external audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage cash flow, financial risk, and capital expenditures.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Salary Description
110,000 - $120,000 plus bonus
