For our Front End Supervisor, it’s all about HOSPITALITY! They love to connect, serve, listen, and operate in a super busy, high energy part of the store. Our Guest Services team is the heartbeat of the store; you will be working with a super dedicated, skilled, and caring bunch of people whose job is to take the very best care of our guests and to communicate effectively with our entire staff, keeping them up to speed on all issues that guests bring to their attention. The Front End Supervisor supervises and assists staff working in the Front End in providing outstanding hospitality to our guests and smooth operation of the department's day-to-day flow. The supervisor ensures all Front End activities are performed according to store and department policy and protocol.
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Provide outstanding service and hospitality to our guests by answering and fielding all inquiries and issues in a professional, caring, and timely manner
- Communicate effectively with all guests and staff and stay up-to-date on many aspects of the store’s operations
- Hold basic Front End operational responsibilities in assisting cashiers with POS functions, counting in and counting down drawers, and making change
Hours: Full Time with a varied schedule including weekends
Pay: Starts at $19.00 per hour; previous experience will be taken into consideration
