For our Guest Services Keyholders, it’s all about HOSPITALITY! They love to connect, serve, listen, and operate in a super busy, high energy part of the store. Our Guest Services team is the heartbeat of the store; you will be working with a super dedicated, skilled, and caring bunch of people whose job is to take the very best care of our guests and to communicate effectively with our entire staff, keeping them up to speed on all issues that guests bring to their attention.

The Ideal Candidate will: 

  • Provide outstanding service and hospitality to our guests by answering and fielding all inquiries and issues in a professional, caring, and timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with all guests and staff and stay up-to-date on many aspects of the store’s operations
  • Hold basic Front End operational responsibilities in assisting cashiers with POS functions, counting in and counting down drawers, and making change

Part time positions available. with a minimum maximum range of $16.50 - $17.92 per hour

Shifts Needed: 

  • Tuesday: Open (6:00am - 2:00pm), Mid Shifts (9:00am to 5:00pm), Closing (1:30pm - 9:30pm)
  • Wednesday: Open (6:00am - 2:00pm), Mid Shifts (9:00am to 5:00pm)
  • Thursday: Open (6:00am - 2:00pm), Mid Shifts (9:00am to 5:00pm)
  • Friday: Open (6:00am - 2:00pm), Mid Shifts (9:00am to 5:00pm)
  • Sunday: Open (6:00am - 2:00pm), Mid Shifts (9:00am to 5:00pm)

Location: 222 Dorset, South Burlington, VT
