The Business Development Associate is a key role responsible for driving the company’s sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and building strong client relationships. This individual will play a front-line role in expanding our clientele and creating effective sales strategies. The Business Development Associate will also focus on fostering long-term partnerships with affiliate sites and clients.
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS
- Develop a growth strategy aimed at financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with partners and affiliate sites.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and affiliate site needs.
- Schedule and arrange meetings with prospective affiliate sites.
- Promote company services by addressing or predicting affiliate objectives.
- Collaborate with Site Managers to achieve productivity goals.
- Provide consistent feedback and ongoing support to partners and affiliates.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing affiliate sites.
- Evaluate business opportunities to forecast the return on investment (ROI).
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of departmental processes and functions.
- Maintain relationships with local affiliates and schedule onsite testing services.
- Travel to affiliate sites to secure new Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs).
- Perform clinical duties as requested.
- Execute other duties as assigned by senior management.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Certification and Licensing:
Valid Florida Driver’s License & Proof of insurance
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales. Training in sales management or marketing is a plus.
Proven experience as a sales executive or in a relevant role.
Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes:
- Proven experience as a sales executive or in a relevant role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
- Experience in customer support is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills in Spanish or Creole are a plus.
- Strong market knowledge, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
- Effective time management and planning skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
