We are seeking a dedicated and personable Patient Coordinator to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience while managing scheduling, patient communications, and other administrative duties. This role is vital in maintaining our commitment to exceptional patient care and service.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, greeting them warmly and professionally.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring an efficient and organized calendar.
- Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide accurate information about services and policies.
- Verify and update patient records and information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, including collecting payments when needed.
- Coordinate follow-up care, reminders, and communication to maintain strong patient relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a friendly and supportive environment for all patients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-focused attitude.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient with dental practice management software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also taking initiative independently.

Office Hours:
- Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM
