We’re looking for a passionate Bench Retail Manager to join our Healthy Spot pack! You’ll start by training at one of our Westside locations—think of it as your launchpad—before moving on to lead your very own store. (Yep, your home store is coming soon.)
🐶 What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring your retail team to deliver top-notch service and crush their goals.
- Rolling up your sleeves to coach in the moment, keep performance on point, and create a culture that feels empowering and fun.
- Working hand-in-paw with management to make sure every guest leaves with a smile (and probably a treat for their pet).
🎯 Your Daily Superpowers Will Include:
- Delivering a 5-star customer experience that’s personal, thoughtful, and helpful.
- Managing inventory like a boss—keeping things stocked, organized, and looking good.
- Keeping your store sparkling clean, safe, and inviting for every two- and four-legged guest.
✨ We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has solid leadership experience in retail (pet retail is a big plus!).
- Knows how to engage and motivate a team with positive energy and real results.
- Can multitask like a pro, stay cool under pressure, and easily pivot when things get busy.
- Communicates like a champ—with customers, coworkers, and everyone in between.
- Knows their way around a POS system and other retail tech tools.
🧠 Bonus Points If You:
- Have a background in pet nutrition or pet care (we’re all about helping our pet parents make healthy choices).
- Love solving problems and helping others do their best work.
💪 Physical Bits:
- Be ready to stand, walk, and stay active during your shift.
- Comfortable lifting up to 30 pounds (you never know when a big bag of kibble needs moving).
