Your Mission:
As our Store Leader, you'll be the driving force behind our store's success. You'll guide and inspire our management team, ensuring that every department delivers top-notch service. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
What You’ll Do:
🛒 Lead with Purpose: Provide overall leadership, direction, and decision-making for the store. Coach and mentor management staff to meet both departmental and store-wide goals. Work hand-in-hand with HR on staff selection, development, and performance management.
📊 Analyze and Optimize: Conduct labor-to-demand analysis to balance revenue and labor expenses. Review and analyze departmental activities, costs, and forecasts to ensure progress toward goals. Communicate financial outcomes to senior leadership and consistently hit sales and service targets.
🤝 Collaborate and Represent: Lead department meetings and collaborate with senior leaders to achieve desired results. Represent Healthy Spot, market programs, and interact with vendors. Tackle special projects and any exciting tasks assigned by senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field is highly desired but not required.
🛍️ Experience: Two years in a specialty retail or salon environment, plus one year of experience managing staff, is strongly preferred.
