HealthySkin Medical & Cosmetic Dermatology is looking to hire a detail-oriented healthcare medical records team member, “Referral Specialist,” to join our growing practice! The right candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, communicate effectively in writing, has strong verbal communication skills, safeguards the security of patient medical records ensuring confidentiality is always maintained, is punctual, professional, takes direction well, and has strong computer skills.
Duties include:
- Complete prior authorizations/referrals for VA patients
- Manage all incoming and outgoing referrals.
- Assist with emergency medical records requests including processing records requests from patients and outside entities, verifying legitimacy accuracy and authority of such requests, and process and invoice as appropriate.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:
