About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Snow Plow Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently clearing snow from residential and commercial properties during winter months. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in challenging weather conditions. This job is part-time/seasonal but can turn into a full time position come spring time.
Responsibilities:
- Operate snow plows to clear snow from driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, and other designated areas.
- Ensure the safety of pedestrians, vehicles, and property during snow removal operations.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a snow plow driver (preferred).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in inclement weather conditions.
- Able to follow detailed instructions
