HOW YOU’LL HELP US KEEP CLIMBING (OVERVIEW & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)
Heards Creek Productions, on behalf of Window Seat Brand Creative (Delta’s in-house creative and brand governance org), is looking for an inquisitive, motivated leader who can stay level-headed in our fast-paced environment full of unending challenges and frequent pivots, to help oversee our team of Production Coordinators. This person will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the entire Delta enterprise, as well as agency partners, at times taking more of a Production Coordinator role, while at other times, taking on managerial responsibilities with continuous improvement objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead up to 2 direct reports
- Optimize workflows to manage complex video projects effectively and efficiently
- Oversee Production Operation workflows to enhance team performance
- Ensure Process Improvements make progress on high level initiatives
- Coordinate between Stakeholders, Clients, and Vendors to create a safe, efficient, and
successful set(s)
- Coordinate pre-production, production, and post-production for large-scale, mission critical
photo and video shoots
- Oversee productions as the liaison for agency partners and Delta contacts
- Establish and maintain timelines for multiple productions simultaneously
- Assist in the organization of logistics with Delta’s operational teams
- Oversee the internal employee casting process across multiple frontline groups
- Manage relationships across multiple production and agency partners
- Adapt quickly to changes in scope and stakeholder requests with a positive attitude
- Effectively communicate creative ideas and logistics needs to non-creative and technical
partners
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)
- 5 years of relevant work experience providing strategic video project management
- Strong ability to think innovatively about process and workflows
- Exceptional grasp of the inner workings of all phases of the video production process
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage and work independently, under tight
deadlines, while juggling multiple projects and people
WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS)
- Bachelor’s degree in film, production or related field
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Expertise of Workfront
EMPLOYMENT TYPE
- 12-month engagement with Delta Air Lines employed through Heards Creek Productions,
with the possibility of extension
- Full-Time, Hybrid (2-3 days in office per week)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
