Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments: Your voice will be the first thing our patients hear, and your scheduling skills will keep our practice running smoothly.
- Handling patient concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner: A caring ear and a quick response can turn concerns into smiles.
- Administrative duties that are anything but ordinary: You'll be documenting patient information into electronic medical records, transcribing chart notes, collecting payments, ordering and stocking clinic supplies, and more - all in a day's work.
- Maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment: You're the conductor of cleanliness and order.
- Overseeing personnel and office tasks, juggling priorities and maximizing productivity.
- Communicating with insurance companies to verify patient benefits: You'll be the champion in ensuring our patients get the most from their benefits.
- Working as an individual dynamo and as part of an all-star team to meet clinic goals.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in customer service, with a preference for those who have conquered the healthcare battlefield.
- The ability to multitask and thrive independently in a fast-paced clinic environment.
