Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Assist with earmold fittings, device cleaning, failures, and annual evaluations.
- Sound Room & Lab Maintenance: Prepare rooms, disinfect equipment, and maintain infection control standards.
- Inventory Management: Handle stock of hearing devices, place orders, manage warranties, and track inventory.
- Shipping & Receiving: Manage shipments, patient orders, and invoicing.
- Front Desk & Office Support: Answer phones, schedule appointments, assist with billing, and manage office tasks.
- Miscellaneous: Support social media posts, assist with software updates, and ensure infection control protocols are followed.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining patient questionnaires, manage inventory of loaned and demo devices, and ensure all required forms are scanned and properly documented.
- Provide assistance with social media, including Facebook posts, and help patients sign up for communication systems.
Requirements:
- 1 years in a clinical audiology setting.
- Must be a Certified Audiology Assistant.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
