Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional patient experiences through counseling and guidance.
- Conduct hearing evaluations, tests, and exams, and recommend the best hearing solutions for patients.
- Fit hearing aids and complete related documentation, including Workers Compensation applications, DVA Reports, and Medical Reports.
- Educate patients on their hearing loss and recommend solutions to improve their quality of life.
- Network and generate leads through community outreach.
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction, encouraging repeat and referral business.
