Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely delivery.
- Review and interpret blueprints and project specifications to assist in project planning.
- Maintain communication with contractors, clients, and team members regarding project status and updates.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the Estimator/Project Manager in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project coordination or a related field within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading.
- Knowledge of contract administration processes.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with ProCore Project Management software is a plus.
- Familiarity with Foundation Accounting Software is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate teamwork and collaboration among diverse groups.
- Ability to work on-site as required, ensuring safety standards are met.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
