Job Summary: Join our team in the capacity of Warehouse Supervisor!
We are currently seeking an energetic, customer service-oriented individual who has had previous experience working in a manufacturing / quality / warehouse / supervision capacity, to lead our warehouse teams on programs identified by our clients. Together with our in-house staffing team, Hearn Industrial recruits and trains employees for the following tasks:
Responsibilities:
· Perform service to customer products as outlined by job / work instruction;
· Inspect various parts for defects, compliance to specifications, and report on findings;
· re-work parts or products depending on scope of work;
· Pack and ship parts once work performed has been completed and appropriate documentation is complete.
· The Supervisor / Customer Service Rep will be responsible for learning the scope of all Hearn Industrial's business units, and be responsible for the following tasks:
· Work with Warehouse / Containment / Recruitment management team to understand customer’s needs, environments, and jobs as they arise;
· Ensure a clear understanding of the work process/scope, time frames and contingency planning where needed; meet customer requirements to have jobs completed with accuracy and efficiency;
·Effectively connect with staff assigned to Hearn Industrial jobs, direct liaison with recruitment staff and when required, will be responsible to schedule and call in / off employees as required;
·Meet with and train new employees on specific customer site and job requirements as needed;
·Ensure all time and attendance reports are completed by employees and authorized, submitted on a daily basis;
·Oversee staff while on assignments - may be required to travel from various customer sites ensuring processes are running smoothly and efficiently and team members are adequately supported for the job tasks at hand;
·Liaise with the customer, or Hearn management if there are any concerns or issues that cannot be resolved at team leader levels
Required qualifications for this job are:
· Previous experience working in warehousing / automotive / manufacturing or quality related role - minimum 3-years experience.
· Highschool graduate, with post-secondary education preferred.
· Previous experience with scheduling and supervising employees
· Previous leadership experience in a warehouse setting (within the automotive industry)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Outlook
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Outlook
· Ability to use and interpret data to improve a team’s operational efficiency
· Experience coaching and training direct reports
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet tight customer deadlines

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
