Duties

- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control
- Implement and maintain operational standards and procedures
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production
- Utilize POS systems effectively for order processing and reporting
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending, restaurant management, or hotel operations
- Proficiency in cash handling and POS systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Knowledge of coffee preparation and bar operations is a plus
