Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic General Manager to join our fine dining restaurant team. The ideal candidate will support the restaurant manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Support the restaurant manager in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels, monitoring food quality, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Help coordinate and oversee special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to attract and retain guests.
- Handle administrative tasks such as cash handling, POS system operations, and maintaining accurate records.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement policies, procedures, and improvements for operational efficiency.
Requirements:
